Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also enjoy access to courses and upskilling programs, fitness membership discounts, and mental health support.

Job Description

We seek an accomplished Bar Manager to lead our team at The Cut. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing labor costs, ordering, stock control, and cost management to drive profitability
  • Crafting and executing a premium cocktail menu that delights guests and elevates their experience
  • Supervising, training, and motivating a team to consistently deliver outstanding products and guest service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a premium or hatted environment
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a premium cocktail menu
  • Strong financial acumen, including labor management and cost control
  • Regulatory knowledge and compliance with responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations
  • Leadership skills and experience in supervising and training a team
  • Wine expertise, preferably with WSET certification
