Business banking is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires professionals who can provide exceptional support to medium to large sized businesses across Australia.

The Major Client Group division is designed to cater to the needs of our largest and most complex customers, who typically have debt requirements in excess of $50 million and/or turnover in excess of $150 million.

Our customers operate a diverse range of businesses across various sectors, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and transportation. They include private and public companies, as well as those owned by private equity firms.

We pride ourselves on delivering bespoke services, providing insights and creative solutions to help our customers navigate their financing needs and drive business growth.

As an Associate/Senior Associate within the Major Client Group, you will assist our Directors with customer financing needs and be responsible for preparing credit submissions and monitoring ongoing performance.

This role involves:

  • Completing covenant monitoring and annual reviews for existing customers
  • Working closely with other stakeholders within the business

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in a similar role or a financial accounting background involving client interactions.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Good understanding of financial statements
  • Customer service experience ideally in a commercial or business banking environment
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance and/or Commerce
