Role Overview:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with commercial clients and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate customer conversations to understand business goals and provide relevant solutions;">
- Originate commercial lending, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions;">
- Proactively engage customers to support their business growth;">
- Build awareness of the bank's business banking proposition within the region's business community;">
- Host small business education events to support ongoing financial wellbeing;">
- Regularly attend stakeholder meetings to build referral partnerships and address service pain points;">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales; sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen; excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement/management skills; excellent customer engagement skills; experience in facilitating conversations with customers to help understand their needs; FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation or ability to obtain within first 30 days; Credit Approval Authority Level 1 or willingness to obtain within 6 months;
