Job Description

The role of Contract Administrator plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the commercial sector.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating with project managers to ensure that the project contracts administration team is adequately resourced and equipped to deliver project plans.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the production of documents governing project delivery, ensuring plans align with project and business requirements, and administering project management, change, and control processes.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate resource allocation and personnel competency to meet project demands
  • Compile and review scopes of work for subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, contractual, and legal requirements
  • Administer project management processes and control systems
Requirements

A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Contract Administrator delivering projects in the commercial sector is required.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to diverse project requirements are essential.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management expertise, are necessary for success in this role.

Proficiency in using Jobpac, Acconex, and Payapps is also required.
