Key Role: Senior Contracts Administrator

The Upper South Creek Network Project is an exciting joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, focusing on safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest industry standards.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the region's growth by delivering new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers in Western Sydney.

Seymour Whyte has over 35 years of experience as a successful civil contracting business in Australia. In partnership with VINCI resources, employees gain the best from three worlds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Head Contract conditions are met and integrate terms into subcontract agreements.
  • Manage subcontract tenders, including evaluation, negotiation, and risk assessment.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers during tender and contract stages.
  • Prepare accurate subcontract scopes of work and contract conditions.
  • Oversee subcontractor payments, variations, back charges, and site instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications or commercial contracts experience in a principal contractor environment.
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, MS Access, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of procurement and commercial processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Client Head Contract documents.

Many projects are located in regional areas; applicants must hold a current Driver's License.
