Male Family Violence Prevention Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, and case management support to clients experiencing family violence.
The role involves working with individuals who perpetrate family violence and prioritising the safety needs of women and children impacted by the violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing clients for participation in our programs.
- Facilitating behaviour change initiatives for male perpetrators of violence.
- Providing individual case management support to individuals at risk of causing harm to others.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
- Meet mandatory minimum qualifications for specialist family violence practitioners, or commit to meeting these within five years.
- Experience in facilitating group therapy, particularly behaviour change initiatives, is desirable.
- Strong commitment to enhancing the safety of women, children, and the community.
