Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Handle function sales and manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate event details, including logistics and operations.
  • Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution and exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute new ideas and innovative menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in hospitality, front-of-house, and functions management.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $36 to $40, plus penalties and super.
