About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Experience & Functions Manager at Round the Way Food Truck Group. As the face of our three dynamic food truck brands, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Handle function sales and manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate event details, including logistics and operations.
- Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution and exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute new ideas and innovative menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in hospitality, front-of-house, and functions management.
- A true front-of-house professional with a passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual with a fantastic work ethic and a team player mentality.
- Creativity and a genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $36 to $40, plus penalties and super.
