Customer Experience Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our valued members?

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Operator to join our team at Belgravia Leisure, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide proactive and effective service to existing members through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • To actively listen to member concerns and respond promptly to resolve issues or escalate them to relevant teams when necessary.
  • To maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team goals, targets, and performance metrics.
  • To continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [est. $55,000 - $65,000 p.a.] salary package, offering a competitive base salary, superannuation, and opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certification, Working With Children Check (or equivalent), and National Police Check.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail environments, is highly desirable.
