**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Developing strategy, planning, procurement, and budget controls for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining and monitoring Assets Management Plans including maintenance, renewals and upgrades, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and risk management
  • Providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to the Facilities Team, identifying and supporting learning and development opportunities
  • Providing technical support, input, and advice to the Timbertop Facilities Team
  • Developing and improving Operational Plans that encompass planning both short and long-term maintenance
