Operations Maintenance Manager

Store Operations Support plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance services across store networks.
This position reports to the Head of Store Operations and is responsible for managing maintenance requests, monitoring supplier delivery, and scheduling planned maintenance to minimize business impact.
- Manage maintenance requests and orders in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor supplier delivery and escalate non-compliance issues.
- Schedule planned maintenance considering priority levels and store operating hours.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with Australian workplace safety standards.
- Develop and review procurement processes for best value.
- Identify and mitigate spending trends.
Collaboration and Support:
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers.
- Manage site and department budgets.
- Provide support to Warehouse Coordinator and Head of Store Operations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
