Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Parramatta.

  • Lead a well-maintained residential portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and arrears management.
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' property management experience.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for property management.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management

Our Property Manager will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio. This includes conducting regular inspections, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments from tenants.

Relationship Building

The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
