Property Management Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to manage a substantial portfolio of residential properties with the support of a dedicated Property Officer. As part of the investment management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including managing repairs, defects, and maintenance, as well as overseeing arrears and insurance claims.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, preferably with a certificate of registration and a valid NSW drivers license. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the residential tenancies act and have a can-do attitude, along with a willingness to work as part of a team.

In this Monday to Friday role, you will be responsible for managing 300 properties, with the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property management and development. The team is mature, highly professional, and stable, having worked together for over 4 years.
