Residential Portfolio Manager

Are you a seasoned property professional looking to grow into a leadership role?

This opportunity presents itself as a chance to oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, comprised mainly of apartments. You will work in collaboration with dedicated team members, including a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant, to ensure the effective management of your portfolio.

  • Work closely with the support staff to manage the daily operations of the properties.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize revenue generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry compliance requirements and property management software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities to enhance career growth.
Key Requirements
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 18 months' experience in property management, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with property management software and an understanding of compliance obligations.
  • Passion for real estate and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues.
