Property Management Role Overview

As a highly organised and experienced Property Manager, you will play a key role in our growing team in New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of properties, overseeing lease renewals and rent reviews, executing effective arrears management processes, coordinating repairs and maintenance, conducting routine and outgoing inspections, and attending NCAT hearings when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a residential portfolio of properties

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Property Management
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work every second Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu)
