Residential Portfolio Manager

Property Manager Job Description:
This role involves overseeing a residential portfolio, managing relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring timely lease renewals and rent increases.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 220 residential properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for all landlords within the portfolio
- Oversee lease renewals and rent increases in accordance with relevant regulations
- Develop and implement effective arrears management processes
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
- Conduct thorough outgoing inspections
Key Requirements:
- Naturally organised and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Confidence in dealing with landlords and tenants, with excellent conflict resolution skills
- Holding a valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
- A current and valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A minimum of 2 years experience in property management
