Beverage Operations Director

This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of a new venue and make your mark in the hospitality industry.
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (Bar Manager)
As a leader in the bar team, you will oversee the launch of this exciting new venture and drive the success of its beverage program.
- Lead the bar team, manage rosters, and foster a strong team culture
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure compliance and safety
- Oversee operations including stock ordering, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for the team's growth and development
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a cocktail bar or similar setting with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience in opening new venues, a must-have
- Operational skills, including rostering, stock management, and compliance
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and high-quality beverages
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
