Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed agile principles and practices.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes using agile methodologies
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate teams on agile principles and practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, assigning responsibility and providing training in partnership with senior leaders
  • Actively participate and contribute to the company's efforts to promote agile values and principles across the organization
  • Leverage industry best practices to deliver agile training to all teams and leaders on best practice ceremonies and agile practices
  • Drive cultural change by promoting an agile mindset and ensuring business units comply with industry best practice
  • Facilitate business learning and development for individuals and teams to enhance agile skills
  • Educate/Coach our people around their own roles including the responsibilities of the people and teams around them
  • Facilitate agile events, ceremonies and workshops to help ensure they are effective and support business objectives
  • Communicate and collaborate with product owners, delivery leads, service owners, village leads, squads and other stakeholders
  • Leading and supporting teams in delivering agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks
  • Implementing and improving the delivery practices and processes within the organization

What do I need?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Delivery Coach, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar role ideally in a financial services environment
  • Certification as an agile coach or Scrum Master
  • A strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments
  • A customer-centric, result-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in managing agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • An understanding of large, complex organisation dynamics and how change is managed within
  • Strong leadership experience including the coaching, mentoring and developing of talent within teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in coaching at a large organisation or Fortune 500 company
  • A relevant degree or certification in project management, software engineering, or related fields is desirable but not essential
