Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to oversee project delivery, ensure teams follow Agile principles and values, and provide stakeholders with meaningful information to drive predictability.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a large organization, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. They will possess a deep understanding of multiple Agile methods and the ability to adapt to new approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project delivery and iterative outcomes
  • Ensuring teams adhere to Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Providing business stakeholders with timely and accurate progress metrics
  • Leveraging knowledge of multiple Agile methods, including Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, and others
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to expand Agile understanding and practice within the organization
  • Generating forecasts and reports to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a large organization, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Deep understanding of multiple Agile methods and ability to adapt to new approaches
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills to drive cultural changes
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in an Agile environment
