**Job Title:** Agile Transformation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and support us in transforming QBE into a more agile organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching teams and individuals in agility, with a strong understanding of the capabilities required to deliver complex business projects.The role will involve coaching and mentoring senior leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, with the ability to adapt style to the context. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships, facilitating discussions and managing conflict, and identifying innovative solutions to problems.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, and experience of building agility into traditionally structured organisations. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate in a structured manner.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach team members as they transition into new ways of working and beyond to reach their full potential.
  • Establish a coordinated network across QBE and vendors to ensure alignment on related activity and reusability across all investments in ways of working.
  • Assist in the development of workshops, presentations, and other events to increase capability uplift in agility.
  • Support and mentor team members using continuous performance conversation and development frameworks.
  • Develop learning agendas to successfully coach leaders, teams, and individuals in agility.
**Requirements:
  • Proven results in coaching people, talent management, and working in matrix management structures.
  • Strong understanding of capabilities required to deliver large and complex-scale business projects.
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, analyze, and provide recommendations to drive capability within IT and business in successful agile delivery.
  • Coaching and mentoring senior leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies with the ability to adapt style to the context.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Facilitate discussions and manage and resolve conflict.
  • Using logic, reasoning, and a methodical approach to identify innovative solutions to problems.
  • Lead through influence.
  • Elicit, analyze, and clearly document process and governance requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders and communicate in a structured manner.
  • Provide personalized and quality service to meet the expectations of customers.
  • Proven results leading complex-scale change to agile ways of working using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Experience of building agility into traditionally structured organisations.
