As a Service Scheduler, you will ensure efficient delivery of home services by providing high-quality customer service, aligned with our service scheduling principles.

A typical day includes:

- Scheduling services for workers to meet customer needs, skill levels, and availability.

- Allocating work to care workers in a timely manner according to their skill set and geographical location.

- Ensuring all services are covered and workers are fully utilized, minimizing overtime and downtime.

- Managing day-to-day urgent situations as they arise in a timely manner.
