Home Care Nurse

About the RoleThis position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients living at home. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide clinical care, conduct comprehensive assessments, create and implement care plans, advocate for clients, and educate them on health matters.

This is a full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday position with a wide travel radius. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to our Enterprise Agreement.
