Home Care Worker

Our organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to provide high-quality care to our valued customers.

Job Description:

- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry services.
- Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assist customers with mobility and therapy goals.
- Provide respite and emotional support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License.
  • Registered vehicle for travel purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
