Heavy Equipment Maintenance Planner Role

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the maintenance planning of heavy equipment, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and labour. This position requires a skilled professional to lead and manage fleet maintenance planning.
- Coordinate procurement of parts, services, and consumables to facilitate maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of fleet maintenance, including repairs, mileage, servicing, and documentation.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and monitor contractor performance.
- Track and report on maintenance progress, compliance, and resource allocation.
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Planner with:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy mobile maintenance planning, preferably within a coal mining environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project software.
- Familiarity with mobile fleet and maintenance systems (Pulse system highly regarded).
