Youth Mental Health Support Professional

This role is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians.
- Qualifications:
- Unencumbered registration with APHRA for Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Work
- Post graduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing or specialist post basic course of training which led to registration as a Div 3 Mental Health Nurse
- Demonstrated ability and experience in working with and engaging young people and families/carers with complex presentations
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking evidence-based mental health assessment, formulation, and individualized recovery planning. They will also provide multi-model therapeutic treatment that is consistent with standards outlined for consumers with severe mental health difficulties.
