The Mental Health Administrative and Scanning Support Officer will be a valued member of the Kerferd team and will be required to provide administrative support to the Program Manager and multidisciplinary team as well as providing and devlivering a range of reception, administrative, service monitoring and office management tasks as required to support the effective operation of the inpatient unit. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing all components of the medical document scanning process. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity;
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience in a health care reception/administration role
Proven ability to work within a complex multidisciplinary environment
Sound computer literacy
Desirable; Experience working in a Mental Health team and/or evidence of further qualifications related to the position.
