This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to assume the role of Mine Scheduling Lead.
Reporting to the Mine Planning Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and communicating truck and shovel designs and schedules.
- Formulating and implementing production planning standards and processes.
- Participating in investigations of reported events and training for mine planning.
- Identifying and executing initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency.
- Mentoring junior mine scheduling specialists.
- Designing and developing budgets for operational purposes.
- Establishing effective cross-functional relationships with operational teams and interacting extensively with planning teams.
With a background in a similar position or environment, you will be well-positioned for this opportunity. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
