We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Regional Sales Development Manager. The role will be a home office position based in NSW, servicing a key customer base scattered across Sydney & Wollongong areas (Metro, Regional).

Responsibilities include developing territory plans to achieve sales targets, exploring new business opportunities, promoting product releases, planning and relationship management, reporting on market trends, providing timely sales forecasts, and attending trade events.

Key qualifications include a can-do attitude, proven sales experience, planning and negotiation skills, Power Tools / Hardware / Trade experience, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen.
