We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:- Territory Management: Manage a defined territory, focusing on partner retention, business expansion, and market presence.
- Partner Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with partners through regular visits and tailored support.
- New Business Development: Drive new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and client training.
- Client Education: Educate clients on our value proposition to support high referral conversion.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet (and exceed) monthly claims targets in your territory.
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to self-manage territory responsibilities and road travel.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset with a passion for finding and converting new opportunities.
- Licence: Valid Australian driver's licence.
