A premier plaintiff firm in NSW seeks a highly skilled Mediation and Advocacy Specialist to join their dynamic team. Reporting to an industry-leading Accredited Specialist partner, you will be immersed in complex medical negligence and institutional abuse litigation cases.

You will work closely with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers to prepare letters, court documents, and briefs to counsel. Your responsibilities will include file and diary management, time recording, billing, and attending settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with experienced lawyers on high-profile cases;
  • Manage client relationships and expectations effectively;
  • Develop and maintain expertise in personal injury law, particularly in medical negligence and abuse;

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • An admitted lawyer in NSW with a strong background in personal injury law;
  • At least 12 months of experience (or more) in medical negligence and abuse;
  • Excellent academics, Microsoft Office skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and adaptable with a high work ethic;
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • A long-term commitment to advancing your career in personal injury law with a reputable plaintiff firm is essential.

Earning Potential: $70,000-$110,000+ Bonus, depending on experience and performance.
