HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Scotford Fennessy. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions and results, working collaboratively with our HR Superintendent to achieve our goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in the Pilbara region, with an 8/6 FIFO roster. You will thrive in this role, meeting all goals and challenges, and acting with fairness and integrity in all that you do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and operational assistance through the completion of a variety of HR-related duties and tasks.
  • Utilise established processes to provide input into the development of tender proposals on people issues.
  • Develop relationships with HR counterparts of project clients to facilitate problem-solving and resolve disputes.
  • Provide expert advice and policy interpretation to line managers on the full range of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training, coaching, and support to managers to ensure they are informed of their obligations when managing ER and IR issues.
  • Maintain good employee relations through the effective resolution of industrial issues and grievances, and provision of advice to project managers, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous review, improvement, and implementation of HR procedures, forms, and processes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in a site-based generalist or specialist ER/IR role, providing operational support to internal clients. You should have experience in the mining industry, a degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology, or a related area, and experience in grievance handling and crisis management. You should also be able to work within a team and be flexible with a 'can-do' attitude.
