Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is committed to driving exceptional employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to earn trust and credibility with our management team and employees.

  • Hold a HR qualification with proven experience as a HR Advisor in an ER and IR role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to meet timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a high degree of confidentiality.
