The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Pilbara Minerals Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and support to our business leaders and stakeholders on all aspects of remuneration, benefits, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct salary analysis and provide recommendations using external market data and internal relativities.
  • Manage company-wide remuneration reviews and bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Provide advice to business leaders on incentive schemes and monitor, review, and update existing HR policies and procedures.
  • Research, benchmark, draft, and publish new policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit data for the annual WGEA reporting and communicate findings.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in remuneration and benefits. You will have a formal tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline and extensive experience in an HR remuneration or generalist role, ideally within the mining industry.
