Organisational Change Management Professional

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to work on a large, multi-year portfolio with their delivery partners contributing to the growth of the organisation. This role will support delivery of key IT projects in our End User Technology program, including coordinating pilots (e.g., device deployment), drafting communications, coordinating Subject Matter Experts, feedback management/analysis and maintaining change documentation.
About the RoleThis dynamic position requires coordination of numerous tasks, from drafting communications to coordinating Subject Matter Experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organisational change management and experience supporting transformational change.
Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of key IT projects in the End User Technology program.
- Coordinate pilots (e.g., device deployment).
- Draft communications and coordinate Subject Matter Experts.
- Manage feedback and maintain change documentation.
