Job Title: IT Organisational Change Analyst

This is a senior level position that requires an experienced change management professional to work on large scale projects contributing to the growth of organisations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of key IT projects, including coordinating pilots, drafting communications, coordinating Subject Matter Experts and maintaining change documentation.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in supporting organisational change management.
  • Understanding of transformational change and ability to support it.
  • Experience in drafting and maintaining change management communication.
  • Ability to tailor engagement activities to suit diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach.
  • Experience in coordinating pilots and change activities.
  • Experience in maintaining change documentation.
  • Ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
