We are looking for Program Change Manager to play a key role in ensuring our projects achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and engagement with new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
As the Program Change Manager, you'll focus on the people side of change enabling adoption, reducing resistance, and ensuring smooth implementation across impacted teams and stakeholders.
You'll work closely with executive sponsors, project teams, and business units to implement strategies that ensure change is embraced and sustained across the organisation.

Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)Exceptional communication and active listening skills Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing capability Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation Flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused, with a strong strategic mindset Knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle Change Management certification (e.g.
