Job Overview

A seasoned organisational change professional is required to drive the growth of our organisation through large-scale IT project delivery.

About the Role

This position will support key projects in our End User Technology program, including coordinating pilots, drafting communications, and maintaining change documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of key IT projects in the End User Technology program.
  • Coordinate pilots, draft communications, and maintain change documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting organisational change management and transformational change.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in organisational change analysis with 3+ years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding and experience supporting transformational change initiatives.
  • Ability to draft and maintain change management communication in a large programme.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
