Position Overview

Your Role and Impact

The Client Services division is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Client Services Advisor.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality consultation across various business sectors.

Your engagement will span multiple products, where you will be tasked with identifying and implementing solutions tailored to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communications (via phone and email) with professionalism and promptness;
  • Oversee group email accounts to ensure timely responses to client inquiries;
  • Foster relationships with internal teams to meet and manage expectations effectively;
  • Assist clients in comprehending and interpreting reports and scores from various platforms;
  • Develop into a versatile problem solver across multiple service offerings;
  • Exhibit agility in responding to shifting priorities as needed.
