Project Coordinator - Quality Assurance

This role is about assisting the wireless project team to deliver quality mobile deployment projects, across various clients. You will be responsible for compiling hand-over packs and ensuring they are accurate, complete and submitted to the client in a timely manner.

You will work closely with field teams to ensure that they complete the work first time right to minimize site revisits. Your tasks include:

  • Tracking progress: Monitoring and recording the status of hand-over pack submissions
  • Managing client interface: Coordinating with clients to report on handovers of artifact documentation
  • Communicating with field crews: Facilitating communication between field crews and stakeholders to extract data efficiently and accurately
  • Setting expectations: Defining clear expectations with field teams to obtain accurate field data
  • Managing project milestones: Overseeing project and contract timelines to ensure successful delivery

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in similar completions/quality roles or as a project coordinator/project administrator. They should have knowledge of the site handover process, good communication and stakeholder management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and submit accurate hand-over packs to clients
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality workmanship and minimize site revisits
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in completions/quality roles or project coordination/administration
  • Knowledge of site handover processes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
