Project Management Support Specialist

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment, with a strong understanding of project management principles and administrative requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain project commencement management documents.
  • Issue head contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supply documents.
  • Facilitate commercial payments, including deposit payments and creditor claims.
  • Compile handover documentation and assist with defects.
  • Monitor project progress and update program documentation.
  • Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Schedule and attend site meetings, minute-taking, and facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment.
  • Motivated to develop career within the construction industry.
