Job Title: Construction Site Manager

This position is ideal for an experienced site manager with a strong background in managing residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple new home builds across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordination of trades, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor project timelines and client expectations
  • Problem-solve site-specific challenges, such as access and demolition issues
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential construction and knockdown rebuilds
  • Strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
