**Job Opportunity: Product Leadership Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled product leader to play a key leadership role in understanding, designing, and implementing product features that meet the needs of our clients with a focus on innovation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for building great products to solve complex problems, an ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide and lead a team of analysts in eliciting and documenting client requirements and bringing these together into coherent artifacts that can be disseminated and passed to product teams
  • Set the product roadmap by partnering with a world-class team of engineers, commercial managers, designers, and data scientists
  • Drive product execution and delivery by maintaining a prioritised product roadmap and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to adapt and expand product features
  • Lead on complex initiatives, working cross-functionally to define and deliver solutions
  • Define success metrics with an understanding of how this translates into value for the client
  • Monitor performance, influencing prioritisation of work to improve when necessary
  • Support client engagements
  • Be the authoritative source of information within the organisation for client business processes
  • Support a culture of open collaboration across the organisation, client, and third-party colleagues
  • Use influencing skills to bring wider business stakeholders on board

**Requirements**

Ideally you'll have several years of experience working as a consultant/analyst in a related industry, knowledge of industry processes, experience of working with product teams in an agile environment, experience of dealing with regulation, skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements, passionate about working with stakeholders to ensure high levels of engagement and knowledge sharing, strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams, experience designing complex software, comfortable working across different time zones when needed, and experience leading, guiding, and coaching a small team.
