Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our new product from prototype to market launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining medium-term roadmaps, and owning commercial outcomes.
About You- You will have 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success.
- You will possess strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- You will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing.
- You will have expertise in Agile methodologies and be familiar with project management tools like Jira.
- You will be able to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Translate GTM strategy and business goals into a one-year roadmap.
- Drive commercial outcomes by optimizing the roadmap to target user needs.
- Influence product strategy with customer insights and product feedback.
- Partner with design to lead customer discovery and validation during MVP stage.
- Champion UX to deliver user value through simplicity and trust.
- Ensure distribution, risk, and operational processes are aligned to rollout timelines.
- Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, usage, and retention.
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize product post-launch.
- Hybrid setup with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote work.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year.
