Product Development Leadership Role

A Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Manage projects effectively by adhering to standards of scope, timeframes, and budget.
- B uild and maintain relationships with customers through regular open communication.
- Estimate and develop project plans according to customer requirements.
- Monitor project progress continuously and communicate clear updates on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Analyse economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback to management relating to cost benefits and profitability.
- Oversee project purchasing of resources and materials as needed.
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a working visa.
- Hold a relevant qualification from a reputable education organisation (e.g. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering).
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management or product lead role.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical and business acumen. We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
