We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Digital Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, building e-commerce skills, and operating with high standards of support. It's a busy and varied team where you'll have the opportunity to develop yourself and ensure positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sharing product knowledge, maintaining professionalism, monitoring order flow, resolving customer complaints, collating feedback, and becoming a super user of key systems.
