Career Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our payroll team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end compensation function for a fast-growing organisation.

This role involves managing payroll operations across multiple entities and states, ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, superannuation, and tax obligations. You will also be responsible for assessing current system architecture and evaluating other potential options, presenting a business case to senior leadership.

In addition, you will manage, mentor, and develop the current payroll team, lead payroll integration for new acquisitions, and coordinate FBT, payroll tax, and workers' compensation lodgements.

You will establish governance frameworks and conduct compliance reviews, drive automation and process improvements, and provide compensation reporting and insights to senior leadership. Finally, you will act as primary contact for compensation queries.

Requirements & Skills
  • Experienced Compensation Specialist with exposure to process improvements and large transformation projects
