Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to execute weekly compensation administration and key HR system functions for our team members across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:- Analyze and solve complex compensation problems using advanced mathematical calculations and critical thinking.
- Review schedules and time sheets to ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Respond to and resolve compensation inquiries through our service desk ticket system in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist leaders to become strong users of Dayforce, performing data analysis and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare compensation and people data reports, utilizing MS Excel to extract and present key findings.
- 1+ years end-to-end compensation processing experience, preferably with Dayforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to perform mathematical calculations and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and personal accuracy.
- Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Good English communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with customer service mindset and passion to help team members.
