  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor.
  • Proven track record working on new build commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
