About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our roller compacted concrete project delivery from pre-construction to close-out.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing heavy civil or concrete paving projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with estimating and engineering teams during bid and design phases.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Manage field operations, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil or concrete paving projects.
  • Direct experience with roller compacted concrete projects is preferred.
