Climate Resilience Leader Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to drive climate-smart education systems and unlock climate finance to protect children's learning and wellbeing in the face of climate risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the delivery of climate resilience programs, ensuring timely implementation, technical excellence, and operational performance.
  • Providing high-quality technical leadership and producing impactful guidance, advocacy, and communications resources.
  • Building strong partnerships and ensuring effective functioning of the climate resilience platform through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Overseeing project monitoring, reporting, and compliance to meet donor standards and ensure accountability across all components.

You're a strategic leader with deep experience in managing complex, multi-country programs and navigating partnerships across governments, donors, and global institutions.

You bring a strong understanding of climate change and education, and thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration, innovation, and impact are key.

You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading remote teams across time zones, ensuring excellence in delivery and accountability.
