Climate Change Leader

The Program Director will spearhead the Cambodia Climate Resilience Program (CCRP) in Cambodia, empowering the country to effectively address climate change challenges. The role involves innovative water resource management and inclusive development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a cohesive Program Management Team and facilitate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and implementing partners.
  • Lead on coordination and submission of inception phase deliverables and ensure timely updates are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between all stakeholders and establish governance forums for strategic decision-making.
  • Standardize Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) across partners and conduct thorough evaluability assessments.
Requirements
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in managing complex programs focused on climate resilience, water resource management, or international development.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Development / International Studies, Integrated Water Management, WASH, Agriculture, Climate Change, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
